In addition to private safaris, we are also able to give clients the unique option to JOIN A SMALL GROUP (typically 4-8 people) that we put together. This allows us to offer this spectacular experience to those who, for cost reasons and/or wanted the company of others but had no one themselves, have then to "settle for one of the standardized tours."

If you are LOOKING TO JOIN A GROUP OR ARE LOOKING FOR A FEW OTHERS TO JOIN YOU, it always helps if you have a little flexibility as to when you can go, as we only work with available demand.

Once a group that we put together is viable (size/cost is acceptable to the client) then THE TRIP OPERATES JUST LIKE A PRIVATE SAFARI.

11, 12 or 15 days are the typical length of a safari conforming with the KLM flights in/out of Kilimanjaro. These do not include travel time. Trips of a longer/shorter duration can be arranged.

Connecting thru Nairobi is a viable alternative but does require additional air/land arrangements to get you to/from Tanzania.

Ultimately, your FINAL ITINERARY will be determined by the season you select, weather and local conditions, guides' recommendations, as well as your interests. The itinerary will also dictate which styles of accommodation you will have on the safari -- deluxe, mobile-tented camping, remote private camping, fly-camping, and/or lodging. PRICING will be determined by group size, length of trip, and safari "style.
